KICK OFF CANADIAN ENVIRONMENT WEEK WITH A PICNIC IN THE UNB WOODLOT! WHEN: 12 Noon, Sunday, June 1 WHERE: Gather at Corbett Marsh or the entrance near the Hugh John Fleming Forestry Complex, across the street from the Regent Mall. Fun day with speeches, music and nature games.

The University of New Brunswick Woodlot is over 3,500 acres of wondrous wild woods found across from the Regent Mall on Regent Street or south of Vanier Highway centered on Highway 101. The NB Minister of the Environment has affirmed that an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) was not conducted for the 3.5 hectare Corbett Brook Marsh.
