I grew up on the Corbett Road, there was only one old house, and the number was 1012 Corbett Road. I fished in the Corbett Brook many times, walking out to fish. This was in the late 60′s. Wondering where I could find any pics of this back then. Would appreciate it. thanx

Its sadly too late.. If you guys would have started before they started to dig for Home Depot you would have had a chance.. Now even more stores after Costco will go in there

We have to protect these guys – this has been their habitat for so long so we have to protect it so that they are not forced to look for other resources inside the city. This is one of our national symbols right?

I understand that loss of the frogs is substantial and is a very big deal. But what does going out and placing crosses along the road do other than add litter to the already stressed habitats of these frogs. I am not understating the importance of public awareness to the plight of the frog but I think that some ideas need to be thought through a little better.

Wow! This is clearly an example of how to mishandle a river. The cutters need to install preventative sediment barriers and leave a significant buffer between the trees and the river for their operation to be legal. They should be ordered to stop immediately and rework their plan of operation before they could be allowed to continue. Good luck to you folks,
